Suggest me a psychological thriller novel with several intense spicy scenes

A few of my favorite psych thrillers are Behind Her Eyes, Pretty Girls, and Dark Places. I don’t recall them having anything super spicy, so something a little more intimate and intense is preferred. Any and all suggestions are welcome!
