Which Brandon Sanderson book should I read first?

Hey y‘all,
looking into starting my journey into the Brandon Sanderson universe. Not sure tho which book/series I should start with.
Usually a LOTR/ The Witcher type of guy if that‘s any help. Currently reading Peter V. Brett‘s The Painted Man. Don‘t like First Person writing, I like some gore/violence and am open for some smut. Mistborn any good for that? Happy to hear from yall!
