Books that read like instructional guides on how to survive monsters like in analog horrors.

I’m looking for any fictional books that read like a how to survive or what to do when encountering monsters.

They could be zombies, vampires, werewolves, dragons or even better, dinosaurs, prehistoric fauna or even fictional monsters like Tea Common Shark’s Monster Hunter videos or AzunStudios Prehistoric Emergence videos.

Like a text that is mandatory reading from the government or a park ranger in the event of a monster incursion.
