Just read “His smell after the rain” by Sapin-Defour

And I loved it. Nothing happens. Just a man describing his mundane life with his sweet dog, Ubac.

I'm just getting back into reading after a looooong time without books. Now I want to read.

Please anybody recommend a book like this title about Ubac? With nothing happening and a few nice philosophical paragraphs throughout the book?

I read Dutch, English, Frisian and German.
