What book or books have you read that have helped you see who you are more clearly?

Recently, there was a fabulous question here about what book impacted the way you see the world and that got me thinking about this question “what book has impacted you to see yourself more clearly and if you’re comfortable sharing the Y I would love to hear it. Maybe this book helped you see a piece of your life more clearly maybe it’s about your work or family or career or something that has turned things around for you.
