Hi there,
As the title suggests, I'm looking for some book suggestion like everyone else here. Just began reading again about a year ago, and currently my two favorite novels are "Stoner" by John Williams and "Island" by Aldous Huxley. Currently, I am reading "Point Counterpoint" by Aldous Huxley and have been enjoying it. I've just ordered John Williams' two other novels online- but I was hoping maybe someone here may have a book recommendation for me. I enjoy most genres- although I can't say I am a fan of most Fantasy or Sci-Fi. I did however enjoy Brave New World and Fahrenheit 451 and intend on reading 1984 eventually- although right now I'm trying to break away from that specific "dystopian genre" to a degree.
Thank you!

The mysterious stranger by Mark Twain is so good. TLDR: Devine being visits earth and hangs out with a group of kids, then shit gets real and philosophically pessimistic. To be fair I didn’t read it, I audiobooked it but I can imagine reading it is a better time.
