I'm almost finished with 11/22/63…what a page turner! I'd avoided King's books because I'm not into horror but time travel is fun!
Also finished this summer, A Gentleman in Moscow, and East of Eden. Loved them both.
I need suggestions for more like these, character driven, fast paced, and well written.
I do not care for stories of angst or romance for the sake of shallow people, no major depression or drug addiction and the like.
Got ideas? I'll be heading to the library tomorrow because I'm sure to finish King's book tonight! Thanks so much!

I think you would enjoy Kafka on the Shore by Murakami, it’s kind of a weird book but I was so attached to the characters by the end. Wouldn’t call it fast paced but the ending is really interesting with the magical realism, not trying to spoil anything but it was cool (also a Gentleman in Moscow is a fav of mine I loved it so much)
