After years of trying to get my husband to read with me, we are finally buddy reading Recursion by Blake Crouch and it's going really well! He really likes the format for buddy reading – this one is particularly ideal for a two person read because it alternates pretty equally between the perspectives of Barry and Helena, so I read one part and he reads the other.
I'm wondering if there are any other books with a similar format which are also:
•Unpredictable
•Reasonably fast paced/engaging
•Any fiction genre
•Nothing centered around romance (having it as a minor element can be ok)
I'm aware this is a tall ask, but my husband is very particular and I want him to read with me more! (And actually enjoy it.) 🤣
