I'm looking for a nonfiction book that is:

• Empirical: Based on data, research, or experiments. not opinions.
• Actionable: You can do something with the knowledge.
• Written by practitioners or researchers, not marketers or speakers.
• Free of vague moralizing (“find your purpose,” “follow your passion,” etc.)
