I’m in my 20s and feeling a bit lost, dealing with grief over the loss of a loved one, trying to find meaning, direction, and maybe a new mindset. I’m not looking for the usual surface-level self-help stuff, but books that genuinely shift how you see life, purpose, and yourself.
What books actually changed how you think or live?

Good question. Even after a healthy number of decades on this planet, I still feel like a novice on the topic, but books that were life changing for me were In Perfect Timing (Peter Caddy), Drive (Daniel Pink) and A Few Good Cardinals (Carl Vincent).
