Lately, I feel like I’ve become more irritable. I’m not sure if it’s burnout from work — it’s been extremely hectic for the past two years — but I just don’t feel like I’m as kind or patient as I used to be. My partner even mentioned that I’ve started to come across as a bit bitter.
I don’t read much, but I’m planning to build the habit and work on improving myself.
I’d really appreciate any suggestions for self-help or fiction books that could help me become a better person and develop a more positive outlook on life.
