Slow but steady pace, lots of nature

I’m looking for a book like Plainsong, Housekeeping, or The Meadow. Tinkers would fit. Even Cold Mountain. It doesn’t matter so much about the plot as I’m looking for a book I can take my time with that has a good amount of observation about nature and mundane aspects of life (treating them sacredly.) Thank you for any thoughts.
