As a young teen (then 14f) I (now 22f) was a victim of online sexual violence. I thought I’d worked through it, but after today’s therapy session I realized I have not. It can be fiction or nonfiction. If nonfiction though I’d want it to focus on how to make sense of childhood sexual violence as an adult, not for parents of children going through that (this might be obvious but I just wanted to put it here to be super clear!). Bonus points if it targets online sexual violence specifically. Thanks everyone. 🙂

As a SA survivor these books were an interesting read and helped.
Denial a memoir by Jessica stern
The body keeps the score by Bessel Van Der Kolk
Back in my day, the book to read for this was The Courage to Heal. My guess is that it’s still a good one, and may have been updated too. Good luck.
