Hey everyone,
I recently got a Kobo e-reader and have been getting into reading more. So far, I’ve enjoyed a few books like Once Upon a Time in Compton, The Autobiography of Malcolm X, and What Would Machiavelli Do?
Now I’m not sure what to pick up next, so I’d love some recommendations based on my interests. I’m a 20-year-old guy who’s really into Black culture, design, R&B, rap, soul, funk, basketball, sneakers, and fashion. I’m a big fan of Virgil Abloh and have read a few books about him already — so maybe something that could inspire me creatively in drawing and design.
Also, I really love books that explore Black culture, identity, and creativity.
Any suggestions?
