So I just started the free sociology course by yales and the first assignment includes reading Leviathan. I am aware it's optional to study the original text when there are modern translations but I want to digest the book in its original essence. However I'm struggling with the English. Is there any dictionary for understanding English of that specific era , or if there is any YouTube channel that is focused on this, please do share.

Honestly, I found it similar to modern-day English; it just spells words differently. Example: “morall” is moral. I found a quick Google search or GPT search of the word to be helpful. Are you using the Penguin Edition?
I suspect any general reference on English of that period wouldn’t be that helpful.
When I read Leviathan in university I used an annotated version and a separate guide. It’s been a long time since then so I don’t have specific recommendations, but I’m sure there are some reputable options available from academic publishers
