Does anyone know a good fantasy book I could try as a new reader?

I was shopping today and visited a book store and I've always been interested in fantasy stuff. I barely read anything but nowadays I got nothing to do so books seem like a good choice. Any type of fantasy goes pretty much. And also if you do have some good book recommendations that aren't fantasy, like romance or something, I'll still gladly hear them☺️
