I’m currently waiting patiently for the bookstore near me to open, and I figured I’d ask here for any ideas while I do my own browsing.
I’ve been wanting to read something spooky for October, but a lot of the thrillers I’m finding have to do with crime and murder. I’m looking for something more where the thrill is a ghost/haunting/creature of some sort.
For reference, I recently picked up Hidden Pictures only to find out it has a very political undertone. Maybe someone knows a book along those lines but without the politics?
