Vague title, but I hope you understand what I mean. Does anybody have any suggestions for books to help with people pleasing, perfectionism, negative selftalk, ocd and overall boosting your self-esteem and lowering anxiety?
I would love suggestions because when I search on google it always just gives promoted suggestions and I don't know if they are any good.
Books per theme also great! I have ADHD and OCD and with that being undiagnosed for 23 years my perfectionism became the boss of me, and I want to free myself from that.
