Are there any books written from the opposite POV, where we get to follow the Bad Guy (e.g. a seriál killer/criminal), and root for the opposition that doesn't get a POV? (E.g. the cops chasing him… So a reversal of roles basically, where tension comes from situations where the despicable villain could finally get reprimanded)
The closest thing to this I've read was The Butcher by Jennifer Hillier, but it doesn't match the criteria entirely
