So I have read the three Travis Baldree books that have Legends and Lattes in it. I have also read the first in the Tomes & Tea series. I loved the premise of all 4 and have the 2nd Tomes & Tea book on my TBR shelf.
The world out there is dark and a little scary right now, so I am enjoying the more lighthearted fantasy novels that fall into "Cozy Fantasy". I am looking for more recs.
My one caveat is no traditional "Damsel in distress" tropes, unless there is a male character as the damsel. Some rescuing is fine, but a completely inept protagonist needing rescuing is not my jam. Bonus if it is Sapphic in nature – but my no means a requirement.

The Beware of Chicken series by Casualfarmer rescued me from a news induced depression.

Kind of an obvious answer, but The Hobbit!
The Wee Free Men by Terry Pratchett
The Teller of Small Fortunes
Recipes for an Unexpected Afterlife by Deston Munden is excellent. It has some Legend and Lattes vibe while still being very much it’s own thing
