I want to yell, smash my head against the wall and cry. Please recommend books which made you feel like this

I'm either nearing my periods or am pregnant idk but what I do know is I want to read a book which literally stings you. Bring me the mmc hatred, give me angst, give me tears, give me some good writing and tension and literally EVERYTHING. Please suggest books which made you feel like this. Anything goes. Truly, I don't have any triggers, it can be anything from dramione fanfic to mafia romance to tentacle aliens to faes to classic lit to Greek mythology.
