Things like Project Hail Mary, Everything is TB, the martian, recently listened to brief answers to big questions. they were all so good!
I started listening to bobbiverse but found it a bit bleak for some reason
Any other recommendations for these types of books? Preferably with good audible versions.
Also any other books not in those two categories that might still work- I'm just getting back to reading/audiobooks and have realised I am being very picky so its been hard to find things I like.
Thank you!

Non-fiction or fiction? For very fun non-fiction science, I’ll always recommend books by Mary Roach (Stiff is an all time favorite) and Bill Bryson (particularly A Short History of Nearly Everything). They’re quite surface level maybe, but really interesting and can get you going down some rabbit holes to find more topics you’d like.
