I recently finished all of the Cosmere books by Brandon Sanderson and after such a long journey I’m finally looking for something new to read.
Books/series I’ve liked and read recently:
-Cosmere
-most Stephen King books I’ve tried read (It, the shining, doctor sleep, fairy tale, Joyland)
-song of ice and fire
Series I read when I was younger and enjoyed:
-inheritance cycle
-name of the wind
-chronicles of Narnia
-TA Barrons Merlin series
I don’t mind long series at all. Often find myself most interested in stories with unique magic systems or psychological thrillers.

The Broken Earth series by JK Jeminsin. It shares a lot of features with the Cosmere, but is much darker like Martin. Starts with The Fifth Season. You get some Shallan-like action with the main character (hopefully you’ll understand what I mean after you read it)
The Malazan Book of the Fallen, or The Witcher. I’ve read The Witcher 3 times and consider it some of the best fantasy out there and I’ve read a lot of fantasy. Malazan is very long and unique; I will soon read it again.
