I’m about 80 pages out from finishing this 1000 page plus book, and looking for similar but different….
Enjoyed: dark and miserable and sometimes hopeless element to it.
Gothic backdrop with necromancy and black magic
Not enjoyed as much: strong romance theme (didn’t know what I was buying when I picked it up)
Based on the above, can I have some recommendations? Gothic, black magic, dark etc.
