I have been trying to make my smart 6 year old love math. She likes it and is good at it for her age but I want to take it to the next level.
We were in the garden and I showed her how we can get a good estimate of a large tree's height without climbing it. Don't think she fully understood what I did but her eyes just lit up. Any book that teaches her that math is nothing short of magic will be most helpful.
