My partner just published their first book, The Æsir’s Daughter: A Thread of Ash, and I’m honestly so proud I had to share it. It’s a dark, Norse-inspired story that dives into trauma, survival, and finding your way back to yourself after everything’s burned down.

It doesn’t shy away from the hard stuff — in fact, that’s what makes it powerful. If you’ve ever wrestled with your own demons or found strength in old myths, it might resonate.

This is the first in an upcoming series, and I’m already hooked on where it’s headed.

For anyone who’s into myth-inspired fiction — how do you feel about using ancient stories or gods as mirrors for modern trauma and healing?
