Struggling to find something to read after finishing The Hobbit and Lord of the rings Trilogy. I loved those books, but more so because of the adventure aspect of them more so than the fantasy aspect (although do not mind that). Growing up, I loved the Harry Potter books, and since reading LOTR I have read The Revenant and enjoyed it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Lock wood and co is really good! though not much like the hobbit or LOTR books, it’s good, and has a netflix show, so it’s like this whole mood, and yes, the show is quite accurate really, a little grown fantasy world.

I am a huge fan of the Tolkien universe. I’d suggest check out the works of R Hobb, B Sanderson, Abercrombie
The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss – fantasy with excellent world-building. This is the first book in the trilogy
