I am going away to a cabin for 4 total days. The point is the relax without a bunch of people, just focusing on reading and coloring.
I have physical books, but because I am packing for a “weekend” away, I’d prefer to take just my kindle.
I have kindle unlimited. I do not have access to Libby as our library does not have Libby. I do have $17 in digital rewards I want to use, but I feel like I have kindle purchase paralysis right now. I have a lot of physical books and I don’t want to buy kindle copies, too. I just need to figure out what to download. I have a lot of books on my kindle, but I am a mood reader and I want lots of options. There is spotty WiFi there so I want to download before I go.
I like: historical fiction, magical realism, fantasy and romantacy, contemporary romance (open or closed door), thriller, mystery, true crime, non-fiction like the docu-series that are popular, YA, and memoir. No horror!
I’m a mood reader. I’ve been reading a lot of rom-com lately. I would like to slide into historical fiction and thriller.
