Hi, All! I’ve read two INCREDIBLE Oral Histories:
Voices From Chernobyl and Stasiland. I’m wanted to start a whole collection of Oral Histories that I can dive deep into. Aside from Shetland Alexievich and Studs Terkel, can you help me build a vibrant Oral Histories library? 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

    1. The Only Plane in the Sky: An Oral History of 9/11 by Garrett M Graff is one of the best audiobooks I’ve ever listened to (although if you’re not in the USA it may not be as interesting). The author also wrote When the Sea Came Alive: An Oral History of D-Day. I personally didn’t love that one as much. His newest book The Devil Reached Towards the Sky: An Oral History of the Making and Unleashing of the Atomic Bomb is on my TBR.
