I want book recommendations on moving out and getting settled with there new job

As the title says I want a book in which the protagonist moves out and gets settled in their new work despite being clumsy they get around with people and improve themselves. I don't want romance i would love if it has characters of friendship more then romance.
I am someone clumsy and am moving out which makes me extremely stressed as someone who is clumsy. I want to read about characters who get past that so that I can do the same.
I would love if there are comedic and witty elements in it as well.
