Book suggestions for beginner

It says for beginners but it’s not saying I don’t know how to read lol. I never really loved reading like some people but there are books here and there I’ve read and enjoyed. I want to get back to reading and was asking for any suggestions?
I like fantasy, romantic, mystery. I like books that have cliff hangers I like to not be able to wait to read the next part, any suggestions would greatly be considered!
