Pro Hitler pamphlet with weird rabbithole

I found this in a dumpster just tonight. If you look it up in English on Google you can't find an ebook, nor physical book for sale. German Amazon does have a copy, but they edited the back of it to look "scarier"? Or maybe I just have a different copy, but that looks done up. I'm prone to conspiracy salts on your left. I can't find this on the internet archive either. What's the best thing to do with it? Scan it? Send it somewhere?
