Hey guys, I’m looking for a book that might help me learn to accept my body after an injury. To give a bit more context, I grind my teeth in my sleep and a year ago I broke several of them. I’ve had to deal with pain and anxiety about it happening again along with anxiety about just the fillings in general. I’m in search of a book that can help me learn about accepting my body now as I know it can’t go back to what it was before. Any ideas?
