Book explaining how Patriarchy also effects men?

So I am guy who after 5 years of putting off books has finally started reading again (yay)
While I have been reading fantasy and Gothic mostly I also want books that talk about reality.
Not to get tmi but my dad and I have polar opposite political beliefs and I have wanted for years to explain why the current system of Patriarchy negatively affects both of us too .
I wanted to read up on some points I may have not even thought of so I figured I would ask if anyone knows a book that specifically brings up how men are negatively impacted by patriarchy?
