Suggest me a historical romance book

Hiya! Working on a project right know where the gimmick is that it takes place in the background of a traditional trope-y historical romance. But this means i need to do some romance research!

Im looking for things set in very late regency era to early victorian era, or the crossover of the two. And particularly Forbidden romance! Preferably light and or short because i need to build up my romance tolerance slowly haha, but I’d love to read whatever you guys enjoy from this genre!
