I didn't know what to categorize this as. What books on any of the following topics, would you recommend?:
– Enmeshment, emotionally immatute, neglectful, controlling or helicopter parent(s)
– Emotional abuse or mental health issues as a result of this experience
– Coping with such situations
– Feeling trapped bcs of family, and trying to escape them
– Being a scapegoat/black sheep/the odd one out
– Anything similar/related
ANY book in which the main character experiences any of those/anything related, or books about dealing with them. Preferably non fiction. I don't mind fiction either.
