Hi!
I am looking for books where the subplot (specifically, the relationship between some of the main characters) is a well-established long-term romantic relationship.
I am tired of reading about limerence, crushes and people falling for one another left and right, without ever getting to see what love is like for them when it has been years.
I do NOT want books where the main plot is a relationship crisis or managing cheating or other type of negative situation. That's why I'd like it to be a strong subplot or generally important to the story.
I am not that particular about the genre, I read primarily fantasy and fiction, but like dystopian sci-fi as well. So if you feel like this kind of plot is reslly good in something, please do recommend even outside of these genres!
