Can anyone recommend any books like this? A romance between an English man (or American) and a German woman (who doesn't support the nazi’s) during world war 1 or 2.
I would also be interested in an example where an American (or English) man and a Japanese woman fall in love during WW2. But the former (German woman x English man) is my primary interest.

American girl and German man fit that description in Summer of my German Soldier. A Farewell to Arms is a WW1 romance that is close and definitely worth reading.
