My 13 year old needs to read historical fiction for school. He’s a metalhead so I’m looking for something with a heavy metal connection. Adult content isn’t an issue. I already ordered Death Metal Epic but I’m not sure if the Florida metal scene in the 1970s is historic enough. If there’s a book like the film Almost Famous that would be perfect.
