Strangers to friends to lovers where prejudices and assumptions draw out the transition between each stage. I'm thinking two characters who on the surface seem like they wouldn't be attracted to each other, but actually have a lot of common ground when it comes to what really matters. To get even more specific, perhaps they even both secretly dream of living the same type of life in the future, but neither live that way now and don't know of each other's secret desire for change.
