In the past two years I have replaced many of my bulbs with "Smart" LED bulbs. I can control brightness and white balance. The light can be tuned for time of day as well as task. It has made a big difference in my life, especially since the lighting in my house is pretty dim.
What I have not tried is colored smart lighting. YouTubers will often have color lighting in the background and it contributes to the general ambiance or look they are crafting. I was wondering if anyone is using these in their house and if so if there is any benefit to reading?
