I'm trying to become more educated about the history of marginalised communities such as indigenous peoples and African- American history.
I also don't mind if there are any country-specific books from Africa.
As for writing style I love the way Harriet Tubman's story was told- having one main character while the lives of other people from the same marginalised community are also shown.
Any recommendations?
