Books about the decline of the Mughal Empire

I am looking for books about the decline and fall of the Mughal Empire. The thing is that I would prefer these to be books from the perspective of the empire and not the British Raj. I would like to know in detail what internal processes caused the empire to decline and how it managed to be then so totally eaten up by the East India Company. Thanks in advance for any help.
