I am approaching retirement age and my adult children are having a hard time dealing with the fact that I want to start living my own life now.
They are being extremely hurtful, manipulative, you name it. My therapist recommended a book about setting boundaries with adult children, but I can’t remember the name of it. Do any of you have recommendations?
