Something about how misogyny affects women in the justice system

I was recently reading about the case of Kathleen Folbigg, an another of a woman being convicted for ABH after years of domestic violence, and it got me thinking about how misogynistic expectations of women impact their experiences of legal justice.

Does anyone have any recommendations for books discussing this topic? I'm interested in both when they are alleged "perpetrators" or "victims". I'm not picky about the country/specific judicial system. Thank you!
