I’ve noticed I argue like I have the moral high ground, like im calm, logical, but kind of condescending.
When I’m hurt, I label things as “toxic” or something similar instead of just saying how I feel. I also hint instead of being direct, hoping people just realize and apologize. And when things drag on, I’ll end it cleanly and block, which gives me closure but leaves others feeling dismissed.
I want to learn how to communicate feelings directly, handle conflict better, and not sound like an emotionally detached saint. Any book recs?
