I’ve recently gotten into those letter subscription stories, the kind where you get actual letters in the mail that tell an ongoing story. It’s such a cozy idea, and I kind of love checking the mailbox again for something that isn’t a bill.

I tried The Flower Letters first and thought it was a really sweet concept. I tried the Audrey Rose series and thought it was cute, though it leaned a bit younger than I expected. Lately I’ve been reading one from Fae Dispatch, which has more of a fantasy-adventure feel. I finished Part 1 and heard Part 2 is coming soon, so I’m excited to see where it goes next.

Has anyone else tried other services like this? I’d love to hear your recommendations.

I’ve never heard of this but it sounds very cool.

I do enjoy books that are written in the form of letters or diaries. The technical name for that is epistolary novel. The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society is a great one. Dracula is also written in this style.
