What should I read next? Here's some things I've read recently that I've liked:
Discworld books
Rivers of London series
Tales from the Gas Station
Catch 22
Slaughterhouse Five
Good Omens
I also recently read the Stranger Times, which was pretty good but not a favorite by any means, and kind of liked Jasper Ffordes Thursday Next series but couldn't really get into them.
I would def be interested in more Vonnegut but don't know where to go next.
Thanks!

You’ve got a great mix of satire, absurdism, and modern urban fantasy in your list, so I think you’d really enjoy a few similar-but-fresh picks. Since you’re into Discworld, Rivers of London and Good Omens–style humor, you might like **The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy** if you haven’t already; it nails that chaotic, clever comedy energy. For more Vonnegut, **Cat’s Cradle** is usually the next step it’s sharp, weird, funny, and very “Vonnegut” in the best way.
If you want something more on the fantasy-comedy side, **Kings of the Wyld** has that adventure + humor blend done really well. And for horror-comedy in the Tales from the Gas Station vibe, **John Dies at the End** is a fun, unhinged ride.
Chairman of the Bored by Jethro Charlton. A new release with a great mix of absurdist humour and political satire. It’s a fun, short read about a young journalist who gets posted to the Middle East and lands himself in all kinds of hot water. Check it out!
Mixing funny and fantasy, have you read Vengeance and Honour by Ben Dixon? It’s a great adventure quest with very funny parts.
The “Hitchhiker’s guide to the Galaxy” series
