I’ve been binging the Paranormal Activity movies. I’ve rewatch them so many times because I think the story idea of a dark family history causing disruption to their lives is so interesting. The story of the witches or ‘Midwives’ has always left me wanting to know more about stories where people choose darkness/evil for the promise of wealth and power.
Any thoughts? anything horror related for witchcraft lore?

I can’t remember which I read, but look at some books about the bell witch!
“The Scapegoat” by Daphne Du Maurier. Pretty much all of her work has dark undertones in it, I also really liked “Don’t Look Now.”
