So I’ve just marathoned through Don Winslow’s Danny Ryan and The Cartel trilogies over the last 4-5 weeks and boy… uhh all the death, torture, & heavy content has definitely wore on me.
I was binding my time while I was waiting for the next book in a long series I’m “reading” to become available through the Libby app and now I feel like I need another sidestep book to brighten me up. I do audiobooks because my job is mostly solitary and helps me have something engaging to listen to while I do the work.
I’m pretty open to any suggestions even non fiction if the content is interesting enough.
